Laminated Glass
Clean glass coming to the lamination line; the material called PVB or EVA is cut according to the glass size. PVB kept in air-conditioned rooms maintains its form at 17 degrees.
PVB placed between the glass is cut according to the glass size. The glass coming out of the lamination line is prepared to enter the Laminate tube where it will be exposed to high heat and pressure. The glass entering the lamination tube undergoes a long-term high heat and pressure process. The PVB melted between the glass leaves its matte structure and takes on a transparent structure and the perfect design is completed.
